Ingredients:
1 Golden Delicious apple
150 ml natural yogurt
50 g ginger biscuits
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp caster sugar

How To Make:
1. Crush the biscuits, put it in a glass. Save some. Set aside.
2. Grate the apple, then stir together with lime juice (to prevent discoloration).
3. Sprinkle apples with sugar, then put in a glass over crushed crackers.
4. Place the yogurt over the apples, sprinkle with remaining biscuits.
5. Serve immediately, or chill first.
