Swedish Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 pound lean ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground cardamom

Ingredients For Gravy:
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley, optional
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp dill weed

How To Make:
1. In a large bowl, except beef and pork, combine all ingredients. Stir well.
2. Destroy the beef and pork, and mix into the mixture. Stir well.
3. Create rounded meatballs. Then place it in a saucepan, and cook until the meat cooked, drain.
4. To make gravy, in a saucepan, melt butter, add flour.
5. Gradually add the broth, simmer until thickened.
6. Add cream and dill, simmer again.
7. Serve meatballs in a dish, pour the gravy on top. Garnish with parsley.
