Apple Valley Cider Stew

Ingredients:
1 pound stewing beef, cubed
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cups apple cider
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp catsup
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 onions, chopped

How To Make:
1. Place flour and seasonings in a plastic bag, shake to make it well mixed. Then add beef, Shake to coat.
2. Heat the oil in a wok, fry beef until browned.
3. Stir in apple juice and Catsup, then enter in the skillet. Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
4. Add the vegetables, and simmer again until the vegetables are tender.
5. Serve warm.
