Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cans pineapple chunks, drained, reserve 1/4 cup juice
1 packages frozen stir fry vegetables
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cornstarch
hot cooked rice

How To Make:
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, cider vinegar, ketcup, ginger, garlic and cornstrach. Add 1/4 cup pineapple juice. Stir well.
2. With a large skillet, saute chicken for 5 minutes.
3. Add vegetables, pineapple and sause. Saute briefly.
4. Serve with hot rice.
