Ingredients:
1 box lemon cake mix
3 egg
8 ounces cream cheese – softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine – softened
2 tbsp lemon juice or 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 lemon – grated

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. In a bowl, combine the lemon cake mix with 1 egg. Shake well.
3. Pour in pan.
4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar. Then add the lemon rind and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
5. Take 1 / 2 cup batter and set aside to cool.
6. In a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs and vanilla, then combine with cream cheese batter. Beat until well blended.
7. Pour lemon mixture over cake in pan.
8. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes. After that let the room temperature.
9. Spread the cream cheese that has cooled over the bar, then chill.
10. Cut into squares and serve.
