Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups winter squash, cooked
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups raisins or any dried fruit
1 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. Grease cookie sheet.
3. In a bowl, combine cream, sugar, butter, squash and egg, beat together.
4. In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients and blend into the cream mix.
5. Add raisins and nuts. Stir well until fully incorporated.
6. Spoon batter into the cookie sheet.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 11 minutes, remove and leave at room temperature.
