Ingredients:
1 package Hungry Jack® Sour Cream & Chives Potatoes
2 cups very warm water
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
6 large eggs
1 1/2 cups refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product, thawed
No-Stick Cooking Spray

How To make:
1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
2. Spray a glass baking basis with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Except parmesan cheese, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
4. Add potatoes, stir until potatoes coated in a mixture of cream. Then arrange on a baking pan.
5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
6. Bake in oven until golden brown.
