Ingredients:
8 slices white or whole-wheat bread
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 rotisserie chicken, meat shredded
4 ounces blue cheese
3 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Brush the butter on each bread, then place four in a row in the pan, with butter position below.
4. Divide chicken into 4 slices, place on bread, then add cheese and apples. Then cover with bread, butter side above.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, back and forth, so that both sides crisp and golden.
6. Serve by cutting into two parts.
