Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut across into strips
12 fajita-size flour tortillas (wrapped in a cloth and warmed in the microwave 1 to 2 minutes)
1 recipe Fajita Seasoning, divided
3 bell peppers, slivered
2 large onions, slivered
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil, divided
1/2 cup water
Salsa and sour cream for serving (optional)

How To Make:
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet. Cook chicken, stirring several times until cooked.
2. Add fajita seasoning and water, stirring until well blended. Remove from heat, place in a closed container to keep warm.
3. In a skillet, heat the remaining oil. Saute onions and peppers, and cook until the pan comes caramelized. Then add garlic and remaining fajita seasoning. Let cook for 2 minutes.
4. Stir the vegetables into seasoned chicken.
5. Serve fajita mixture on warm tortillas with salsa and sour cream.
