Ingredients:
200 g can tuna , drained
125 g ball mozzarella , torn into small chunks
4 ciabatta rolls
1 tsp tomato purée
small handful parsley , chopped
jar roasted pepper , drained

How To Make:
1. Preheat grill on medium level.
2. Split panini in lightly toast on Each side.
3. Cut the peppers in strips, mix with tomato puree. Add parsley and seasonings. Then spread over the toast.
4. Place the pepper on the tuna mixture, then sprinkle with cheese.
5. Grill for 5 minutes, until cheese melts and boils.
