Ingredients:
2 large chicken fillets
40 g sachet French onion soup
1 packets cellophane noodles
1 bags frozen stir fry vegetables
1 cans apricot nectar
1 cans apricot halves
1/2 tbsp oil, for the pan

How To Make:
1. Cook the noodle according to package directions. Then drain.
2. Meanwhile, slice chicken into strips.
3. In a bowl, combine soup, apricots and nectar.
4. In a skillet, heat the cooking oil and fry chicken until cooked.
5. Add frozen vegetables and apricot mixture. Stir together chicken, and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add the noodle mixture into the chicken, stirring gently.
7. Serve warm.
