Bacon Crisp Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound sliced bacon, cut in half
1 sleeve of wheat wavery crackers
3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 250C degrees.
2. Place 1 teaspoon cheese over each of crackers
3. Wrap each cracker with bacon, tied tightly, being careful not to damage a cracker.
4. Place bacon on a rack placed over a baking sheet.
5. Bake for 2 hours, until cooked. Do not turn it over.
6. After that, drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot.
