Ingredients:
200 g Philadelphia Light cream cheese
50 g can anchovies in oil, roughly chopped, plus extra to garnish (optional)
20 small crackers
Lemon juice, to taste
Black pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. Drain the anchovies, then roughly chop.
2. Place in a bowl, then add cream cheese, and season with black pepper. Stir well.
3. Add lemon juice, then apply over the crackers
4. Serve, add the anchovies as a garnish, if you prefer.
