Power Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups Frozen or Fresh Fruit
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Orange Juice, non sweetened
1/2 cup Almond Tofu
2 tbsp Fiber (flaxseed, granola or oat meal)
