How To Make:
1. Boil water in large pot covered.
2. Enter the black cherry, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla bean and star anise. Simmer over low heat. Meanwhile, using a spoon, crush the cherries. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 1 hour.
3. After that, strain the mixture of cherries, place them in another pot, then bring to a boil again over medium heat.
4. Remove from heat, add tea bags and leave for 5 minutes. After that throw the tea bag and allow to cool.
5. Enter the tea mixture into the jars, refrigerate, and serve the tea over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Tea can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 days.
