Ingredients:
900 g strawberries, hulled
200 ml double cream
3-4 tbsp Grand Marnier
1 vanilla pod, split and seeds removed
icing sugar, to taste

How To Make:
1. Combine strawberries, Grand Marnier and icing sugar to taste. Blend until puree is formed.
2. In another bowl, combine cream, vanilla and remaining icing sugar. Whisk until smooth.
3. Place the strawberries at the bottom of the glass, then pour a little cream on top.
Can be stored in refrigerator up to 3 days.
