Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees
2. Using a blender, beat eggs and milk. Add flour, salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
3. Pour in baking pan that has been dioles, then roast in oven until cooked eggs, about 25 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese, roll up in the pan.
5. Serve with cut up.
