Ingredients:
8 British pork sausages
2 red onions, chopped
1 x 400 g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
250 ml passata
250 ml water
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp picante pimentón or smoked paprika
1/2 tsp sugar
large handful coriander

How To Make:
1. Heat pan, add oil. Saute onion until soft start. Add pimenton, cook a few moments.
2. Add cherry tomatoes, season and cook a few moments.
3. Add chickpeas, passata, sugar and water. Then let it boil while stirring occasionally. Add coriander, stir again.
4. Meanwhile, grill the sausage, then cut diagonally.
5. Serve casserole with sausage topping.
