Ingredients:
1 lb calamari tubes, sliced
2 lb roasted potatoes
50 ml dry white wine
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 small onion, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 pinch chili flakes
1 can quartered artichoke hearts
1 handful black olives
1/2 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. Boil green beans until pale.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet, over high heat, saute onion, garlic, artichokes, olives, roasted red peppers and green beans.
3. Add a baked potato, stir.
4, Add the calamari, cooked in high temperatures.
5. Add white wine, then season with paprika, chili flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
6. Serve.
