Polenta Triangle

Polenta Triangle Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 cup water
1/2 cup each grated Parmesan and shredded Italian blend cheese
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

How To Make:
1. Prepare a rimmed baking pan 1/2-in, spray with non-stick spray.
2. In a saucepan, heat over medium heat, milk, water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the cornmeal, stir until thick and smooth.
4. Remove from heat, add cheese and spices. Then immediately pour in the baking pan. Cover and chill for 0 minutes until hardened.
5. Serve the polenta in a triangular pieces.
