Ingredients:
8-9 medium potatoes
100 g cheddar cheese, grated
200 ml cream
1/2 onion, finely sliced
Salt and Pepper

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
2. Peel potatoes, wash and slice thinly.
3. Place potatoes in a heat proof dish, add the onion slices on top. Create a layer up consumables.
4. Pour the cream over the layer of potatoes and onions.
5. Bake in oven for 90-120 minutes.
6. Just before serving, sprinkle cheese on top and grill until golden brown.
