Tenderloin Steak With Red Onion Marmalade

Tenderloin Steak With Red Onion Marmalade Recipe

Ingredients:
4 beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (1 inch thick)
1 large red onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt, divided
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

How To Make:
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add onion, cook until transparent.
2. Add vinegar, honey and 1 / 4 salt. Bring to a boil and thickens. Set aside.
3. Sprinkle meat with the remaining salt, thyme and pepper.
4. By using another pan, place beef in a skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray and heat over the fire. Let bake until cooked on both sides.
5. Serve steak with onion mixture.
