Ingredients:
1 egg
1 large banana, mashed
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp grated coconut
1 tbsp melted butter
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp salt

How To Make:
1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
2. In a bowl, combine bananas, eggs, coconut milk, sugar and melted butter. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Combine banana mixture with flour mixture, gradually, then add grated coconut. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes until dough is blended.
4. Oles non-stick skillet with butter. Heat over low heat.
5. Spoon batter into the skillet, and cook until the bubble.
6. Serve pancakes with syrup.
