Ingredients:
12 oz uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
4 large egg whites
2 sprays non-fat cooking spray
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
2 cups cooked brown rice, kept hot
1/2 cup scallions, chopped, green and white parts
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

How To Make:
1. Spray-cooking spray, place over medium heat. Enter the egg whites, cooked in an oak-scrambled. Remove and set aside.
2. Clean the skillet, and spray again with cooking-spray. Saute onion and garlic, add chicken and carrots, cook the chicken until golden brown.
3. Add the egg whites that have been cooked before, then enter the red rice, peas and soy sauce. Cook until all is absorbed.
4. Serve.
