Roasted Potatoes And Brussel Sprouts

Roasted Potatoes And Brussel Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients:
8 mini potatoes, halved
1 cup brussel sprouts
1 bulb garlic
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 spring fresh rosemary
Salt And Pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. Pour the balsamic vinegar in a baking dish, then place the butter in the middle of baking dish. Then Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Place potatoes in baking dish mini, then add the brussel sprouts and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and place the rosemary on top.
4. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until the balsamic vinegar is absorbed and the remaining approximately half of tbsp.
