12 ounces bacon, sliced
1/2 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tbsp Burgundy wine
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Slice bacon crosswise, and place in baking pan, bake in the oven for 10 minutes or almost crisp.
3. In a small bowl, mix sugar, wine and mustard. Brush bacon with sugar mixture. Then bake again until golden.
