Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed with a press
2 cups tomato-basil pasta sauce
1 tbspĀ olive oil
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

How To Make:
1. In non-stick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic, fennel seeds, red pepper and salt. Cook in a few moments.
2. Add chicken and cook until golden. Additional tomato sauce, bring to a boil. Leave to infuse.
3. Serve.
