Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, peeled and chopped
50 g butter
350 ml dry cider
150 ml milk
8 sausages
4 rashers streaky bacon, chopped
2 onions, sliced
1 bunch spring onions, chopped
2 tsp flour
1 tsp mustard
olive oil

How To Make:
1. Heat the oil in a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add onion and bacon. Saute for 15-20 minutes. Add flour and stir until absorbed.
3. Gradually add the cider, and mustard. Stir until dissolved. Allow a moment, then enter the sausage. Cover and cook for 45 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine milk and spring onions. Cook for 10 minutes. After that turn off the heat and add butter, let melt inside.
5. Boil potatoes in salted water, drain thoroughly and mash. Then mix in milk.
6. Serve sausages with potato sauce.
