Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 pieces of granary bread
40 g strong cheddar, grated
Knob of butter
Salt and pepper

How To Make:
1. Mix the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then stir with a fork.
2. Toast the bread.
3. In a non-stick skillet, melt butter, spread them evenly in all the surface of the pan. Use medium heat.
4. Pour the egg in a frying pan, stir with a wooden spoon for 30 seconds, then add cheese, stir again.
5. After 1 minute, lift the eggs from the pan, place on toasted bread that had been smeared with butter.
6. Serve.
