Ingredients:
3 plain bagels, split, toasted
6 oz cream cheese, softened
6 oz sliced smoked salmon
2 tbsp drained capers
1/3 cup thin sliced red onion
fresh ground black pepper to taste
lemon to garnish

How To Make:
1. Cut the bagel in two parts, basting each side of the bagel with cream.
2. Sprinkle the capers, then add the smoked salmon.
3. Sprinkle capers, then add the onion, black pepper. Serve with lemon garnish.
