Ingredients:
1 kg stewing beef, cut into pieces
250 g Portabellini mushrooms
125 g bacon, cut into small pieces
250 ml Guinness beer
200 ml beef stock
125 ml tomato purée
1 can whole tomatoes
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
4 celery sticks, finely chopped
3 large garlic cloves, chopped
2-3 sprigs fresh Rosemary, leaves finely chopped
2 carrots, coarsely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped

How To Make:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet, over high heat. Enter the beef, rosemary and salt. Cook until the meat brown. Remove and set aside temporarily.
2. Add the remaining oil into skillet. Enter bawnag, carrots, celery, bacon and garlic.
Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add meat, puree, tomatoes, mushrooms, beer, and broth. Let boil.
4. Reduce the heat and cook until the sauce seep.
5. If you want a slightly thick sauce, add a little flour, stirring gently until sauce thickens.
