Baked Apple, Honey And Rosemary Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
600 g Bramley apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
100 g caster sugar
40 g plain flour
150 ml milk
150 ml double cream
1 sprig fresh rosemary
3 big tbsp honey
pinch of salt
toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
icing sugar, to serve

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, rosemary and honey. Bring to a boil, then leave for 20 minutes. Remove rosemary.
3. Whisk eggs, salt and 75 g of sugar, until fluffy. then fold in flour. Then additional milk mixture. Stir well, last add the fruit and remaining sugar.
4. Pour in the gratin dish. Then enter in the oven, bake for 40 minutes.
5. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped hazelnuts and icing sugar.
