Ingredients:
24 large shrimp, peeled, deveined, butterflied
2 egg whites
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups panko or breadcrumbs
3/4 cup flaked coconut
1/2 tsp cumin
pepper

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 500F degrees.
2. Grease a pan with olive oil.
3. In a bowl, beat the egg white.
4. In plasticbak, mix panko, cumin, coconut, garlic and pepper.
5. Dip shrimp in egg white, and enter in placticbag. Shake-shake until coated.
6. Lay shrimp on baking sheet, bake for 6 minutes, until golden brown.
