2 pounds raw large shrimp, peeled, deveined, leave tails intact
2 carrots, thinly sliced on a bias
2 red bell peppers, cored, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups broccoli florets cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce

How To Make:
1. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat, add the soy sauce.
2. Enter the vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes, until wilted.
3. Add shrimp, stir-fry until cooked.
4. Sprinkle with cilantro. Mix well.
