Ingredients:
8 to 10 oz steak fillet of your choice
8 dried shiitake mushrooms
1 stalk green onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 head of lettuce
5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds

How To Make:
1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water for 5 minutes, then remove and rinse thoroughly. Then soak again for 10 minutes. Keika mushrooms have become gemu, Otong stems, then slice thinly.
2. Cover the steaks with oil and garlic salt mixture. Grilled steak according to your preferences.
3. In a serving dish, arrange lettuce leaves, then place the steak and mushrooms on top.
4. For the dressing: saute garlic in 2 tablespoons oil, add soy sauce and sesame oil.
5. Serve salad sprinkled with sesame seeds.
