Ingredients:
1 pack ready-to-eat half roast chicken or 2 cooked chicken breasts
1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
4 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
100 ml chilli mayonnaise
2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted
Half a cucumber, cut into 1cm chunks

How To Make:
1. Remove and discard chicken skin, cut into small pieces, then mix with mayonnaise.
2. Add cucumber, mango, Spring Onions and almonds.
3. Serve.
