Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups chopped cabbage
3/4 cup water
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper

How To Make:
1. In a large saucepan, combine turkey, onion and garlic. Cook until the meat cooked, and no longer pink. Drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil.
3. Serve turkey with gravy vegetables.
