Ingredients:
16 ounces beef tenderloin, cut into 4 fillets
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

How To Make:
1. Preheat grill.
2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, chili powder and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
3. Spread 1 tbsp of paste on each side of beef fillet. Bake until done on each side.
4. Serve.
