Ingredients:
1 lb free range, organic chicken breast, pounded to about 1/2 inch thickness
2 cloves garlic, smashed and finely minced
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tbsp minced onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup aged balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup local honey
salt and pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. Except the grappeseed oil, mix all ingredients in a large plastic zip-lock. Leave on for 8 hours.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add oil.
3. Remove chicken from marinade, season each side of chicken with salt and pepper.
4. Fried chicken in skillet, until slightly blackened on the outside but not burnt. Remove and drain.
5. Slice chicken and serve over green salad.
