Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breasts or thighs
5 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp mirin (sweet rice wine)
2 tbsp sake (rice wine)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds

How To Make:
1. Shred chicken with a fork.
2. In a large bowl, combine sake, soy sauce, mirin and sugar. Add chicken, soak it and put in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, fry chicken until browned on both sides.
4. Pour the marinade ingredients in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of ginger. Cover and bring to a boil. Leave until chicken is tender and sauce thickens. Remove the pan from the heat.
5. In a serving dish, sliced chicken, sprinkle with ginger and sesame seeds.
6. Serve with rice.
