Ingredients:
1lb steak, sliced into thin strips
6 tablespoons cornstarch for dusting
oil for frying

1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
Ingredients For Sauce:
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp crush chili pepper
4 tbsp water
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
Ingredients For Vegetables:
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 medium white onion, sliced
1 tsp garlic, minced

How To Make:
1. In a plastic bag combine all marinade ingredients, beat until well blended. Add slices of beef. Let soak for 15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Chill.
3. Remove beef from marinade, cover with 6 tablespoons cornstrach, then fried in hot oil until golden. Drain on absorbent paper or paper towels.
4. In a skillet, saute the vegetables begin to saute minced garlic for a few moments. Add red peppers and green peppers. Add white onion. Stir-fry again for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.
5. Pour the sauce in a hot pan, bring to a boil.
6. In a serving dish, place beef and vegetables, then pour the sauce. Serve.
