Ingredients:
8 to 10 oz steak fillet of your choice
8 dried shiitake mushrooms
1 stalk green onion
1/2 head of lettuce
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp oil
5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1 tsp sesame seeds

How To Make:
1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in small bowl for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Then soak it again in a bowl for 10 minutes.
2. Combine oil and garlic salt. Cover the steaks with oil mixture. Fried or grilled steak until cooked.
3. Tear lettuce into bowl. Place the steak over lettuce.
4. Drain the shiitake mushrooms, then cut into slices and place it with steak.
5. In a skillet, saute garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
6. Pour sauce over steak mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve.
