Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups water
2 ounces firm tofu, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh spinach, washed and chopped
1 tbsp light miso paste
2 tsp barley miso paste

How To Make:
1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Add the tofu in boiling water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add spinach, simmer until soft spinach. Remove from heat.
4. In a small bowl mix the two kinds of miso with hot water. Then enter into the miso soup.
5. Serve the soup with sliced green onion.
