Ingredients:
8 chicken pieces, such as thighs and drumsticks, with skin
750 g potatoes , peeled and cut into smallish chunks
50 g butter
4 rosemary sprigs, just take the leaves
1 garlic clove , finely chopped
3 juicy lemons
3 tbsp clear honey
green salad , to serve

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 200C degrees.
2. Squeeze 2 oranges in a saucepan, and heat together with the butter, rosemary, honey, garlic and pepper. Allow it to melt butter.
3. Place chicken in a baking pan, add potatoes. Drizzle with lemon butter, coat evenly.
4. Cut the remaining lemon, tucked between the potato and chicken.
5. Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes, until chicken and potatoes become crisp and golden.
6. Serve with green salad.
