6 egg yolks
3 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 vanilla bean (or in a pinch some good quality vanilla extract)

How To Make:
1. In a small saucepan, heat the cream. Add vanilla bean. Bring to a boil, then let stand for 20 minutes.
2. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar until smooth. Gradually add the hot cream into egg mixture, stirring constantly.
3. Enter mixture into 6 ramekins. Then place the ramekins in a baking pan that has been filled a little hot water, limited to half the height ramekins.
4. Bake in the oven.
