Ingredients:
1 fat-reduced puff pastry
4 strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
5 tbsp low-fat vanilla custard
1/2 whisked egg

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 200C degrees.
2. Pastry defrost at room temperature. Then cut into 4 equal squares, then place it in a mold.
3. Brush with egg, use a fork to prick the bottom of the pastry.
4. bake for 10-12 minutes, until browned and crispy.
5. Then pour the custard filling into each tart, arrange kiwi fruit and strawberries.
6. Bake again into the oven for 5 minutes.
7. Serve.
