Ingredients:
12 ounces grilled chicken breast, cubed
4 tortillas
2 cups cooked black beans
4 cups shredded lettuce
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
4 tbsp roasted red peppers
Ingredients For Caesar Dressing:
1/3 cup non-fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp blacspk pepper
1/4 tsp salt

How To Make:
1. For Caesar dressing: mix all ingredients in a blender, process until smooth, then chill in refrigerator.
2. Warm the tortillas in the microwave.
3. Place in center of tortilla: 3 ounces chicken, 1/2 cup black beans, red peppers, feta, 1 tbsp pumpkin seed, and 1 cup lettuce.
4. Add caesar dressing on top, then roll.
5. Serve immediately.
