Turkey Steaks With Citrus & Ginger Sauce

Turkey Steaks With Citrus & Ginger Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
4 quick-cook turkey breast steaks
3 oranges , juice of 2 and one peeled and cut into segments
1 tbsp fresh snipped chives or chopped parsley
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp clear honey
1 pink grapefruit , peeled and cut into segments
wild or long grain rice and steamed broccoli, to serve

How To Make:
1. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon cornstarch in a dish, press the turkey steaks over cornstarch. Make turkey dusty.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan until really hot. Fry turkey for 3-4 minutes, until golden on both sides. Then transfer to a plate, set aside for a moment.
2. Combine orange juice and honey into a saucepan, bring to a boil.
3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold water, stir well, then mix into the honey mixture. Stirring constantly until thickened.
4. reinsert the turkey in a pan, add the orange and grapefruit, heat over low heat.
5. Serve with a sprinkling of chives and parsley.
