1 kg Squid Rings
300 gr Semolina Flour
300 gr Flour
1 lt Fresh Full Cream Milk
Oil for frying

How To Make:
1. Clean squid, cut into rings.
2. Place the squid rings in a large bowl. Pour the milk in a bowl. Let soak for 15 minutes, then drain.
3. Place flour in a plate, roll rings in the flour.
4. Heat oil in a skillet, fry the squid rings until golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
5. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
