Ingredients:
2 largeĀ bakedĀ potatoes
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped ham
4 tbsp milk
3 green onions, finely sliced
ground black pepper
butter, for mashing potatoes

How To Make:
1. Halve the potatoes, and remove its contents, Leaving 4 shells.
2. Mash the potatoes, mix with milk and pepper.
3. Add cheese, ham and onion. Mix with hands until evenly combined.
4. Fill potato shells with mixture, sprinkle with cheese, then baked until golden.
5. Serve.
